Our WRKP blocks, gates, and lifejackets are staged for use from Mid May to Mid October. Several boulders that have shifted during high-water have recently been re positioned as well as 270 tons of new boulders to rebuild eddies along the bank. We look forward to future projects including expanding bank clean up and restoration from First Street Bridge through WKRP, and re configuring the Black Bridge Wave. We are officially in stage 2 of the RSI Project (River Surf Initiative) Cheers! -Warren.

Who Can Help?
Anyone and everyone. Most volunteers should expect to be able to walk or boat along the river bank and pick up litter, however there are many jobs that do not require significant physical activity. We encourage everyone , regardless of ability or age, to participate in the manner in they feel most comfortable.
