Our WRKP blocks, gates, and lifejackets are staged for use from Mid May to Mid October. Several boulders that have shifted during high-water have recently been re positioned as well as 270 tons of new boulders to rebuild eddies along the bank. We look forward to future projects including expanding bank clean up and restoration from First Street Bridge through WKRP, and re configuring the Black Bridge Wave. We are officially in stage 2 of the RSI Project (River Surf Initiative) Cheers! -Warren.
